We currently ship across continental US and Canada. We use standard shipping costs on items across US and Canada. For US orders, from time to time, we offer free shipping on orders over certain amounts. These discounted offers will be highlighted at the front of our website and/or at the checkout point.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you— if not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Order Processing Times
Our order processing and handling time are 2-10 business days after your payment has been made, a tracking number (if applicable) will be sent to your MAISHA registered e-mail after the shipment is fulfilled.
What is the item processing time?
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality before shipping.
Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. (depending on the size of the order), this is dependent on the item's stock status and if the item is on pre-order.
PRE-ORDERS - On average Pre-ordered items should take 11-14 days. We will notify you as soon as your item ships to you via the email provided.
For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-10 business days (approximately). The shipping estimate are provided upon order. We will contact you if there are any delays.
